Tokens Based on Tool. Because each tool has a different cost, we use a token system that scales with your usage. Many tools have very low token costs, while the latest releases or those requiring heavy computation (e.g., deep research, image, video) can be relatively higher.

Pooled Tokens. Each time you add a user, we pool the tokens for the team, so lighter-use members share their tokens with the team’s super users.

Additional Tokens. Though our Pro plan includes enough tokens for most teams, we continue adding higher compute tools and agents. Additional token plans can be upgraded based on your team’s usage—the more AI you use, the more efficient your team becomes.

We categorize data security into five levels. Our toolbar displays the security level of each AI tool. By default, most tools are set to Level 3 security, which is the most cost-effective secure level without the added expense of dedicated servers.
Level 1 – Using the APIs. Many popular AI providers, by default, use conversation data from their user interfaces for training, but do not ingest data from their APIs.
Level 2 – Opt-Outs. We explicitly trigger data opt-outs with AI models so your data will not be used by models for any future training.
Level 3 – One-Way RAG. We build a protection layer to keep your data invisible to the AI tools.
Level 4 – Dedicated Server. The AI models are kept updated on a dedicated server.
Level 5 – Dedicated Server in an Enterprise Environment.

We maintain a regular roadmap of updates, prioritizing new models from our current providers as soon as they become available through their APIs.

Adding and removing users is straightforward and can be updated at any time.
